Connection over Content workshop

As Scrum Masters we want the people in our team to be accountable, responsible, innovative and to deliver value. Research shows us that before a team can use their collective knowledge to its full extent, they must build relationships first. Additionally, people with good connections are happier, less stressed, and more engaged at work.

In this workshop “Connection over Content” we will explore together how we can (better) connect our team members – and everyone else who is involved – to each other. Because without relatedness, no work can occur!
